UNBROKEN encourages its patients to engage in adaptive sports

This time, the veterans took part in a para-taekwondo master class. Because limbs must be intact for this sport, few participants attended the master class.

Para taekwondo is an adaptation of taekwondo for disabled sportspeople. Taekwondo was introduced as a full member of the International Paralympic Committee in 2015 and will make its Paralympic debut at Tokyo 2020. This was the second time taekwondo was included in the Summer Paralympic Games. Who knows, maybe one of the UNBROKEN patients will participate in the next Paralympics.
