About ResilienceNet

ResilienceNet is a powerful mobile application that is designed to assist and empower local, regional, and national terrorism prevention practitioners, alongside relevant frontline responders and individuals seeking support. It offers a comprehensive, all-in-one platform that can connect you to recovery and support you with resources to help you achieve your goals and full potential.

Pathways
to Relief

ResilienceNet provides a complete resource guide for local terrorism prevention, survivor services, and information guides. The guide includes details on various therapy approaches, resources categorized by experience, such as hate, trauma, community violence, emotional wellness, and loss. Additionally, ResilienceNet has a network of organizations throughout the country that offer programs for schools and workplaces.

Lived
Experiences

Through this platform, users have the opportunity to learn from the personal experiences of individuals who have faced and conquered a variety of challenges. These stories include firsthand accounts of how people have overcome hate, trauma, community violence, mental health issues, and loss. The narratives provide a deeper insight into the struggles that people face and offer hope and inspiration for those going through similar experiences.

Violence
prevention

The ResilienceNet mobile app is the home of the McCain Institute’s Prevention Practitioners Network. This directory allows anyone seeking services to search for a licensed provider by their home location, insurance converage, available languages, and speciality, as well connect with organizations focused on preventing hate-based violence.

Peer
Connection

Strong relationships are key to successfully overcoming trauma-related injuries. The ResilienceNet app houses the One World Strong Network (OWSN), a private platform used to connect individuals and groups impacted by terrorist, extremist, and mass-casualty events. Unlike social media platforms, the OWSN has no data mining or profiling, and has built-in translation in 28 different languages. Groups include the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center, Semper Fi & America’s Fund Network, and Ukraine Connection. If you don’t see a network you are interested in, you can email contact@oneworldstrong.org to join or start a new group.

Partner
Organizations

The ResilienceNet application offers a comprehensive range of resources, including access to an extensive network of partner organizations. These organizations have collaborated with ResilienceNet to provide a wide range of services, such as We the Veterans which seeks to empower the veteran and military family community and strengthen American democracy, Semper Fi & America's Fund provides assistance and support to injured and critically ill members of the US Armed Forces. Strong Cities Network is a global network of cities dedicated to addressing all forms of hate, extremism and polarisation. These resources are available through the ResilienceNet app, providing users with a wealth of support and assistance as they navigate life's challenges.
