Global School Cohorts

One branch of the Global Leadership Youth Development Program is a collaborative initiative connecting small cohorts of upper secondary students from schools in the UK and Ukraine through the Unbroken Cities network. Supported by One World Strong, this 10-week social action project fosters leadership, teamwork, and cross-cultural communication. Students engage in virtual meetings to discuss global challenges and this year have chosen to focus on Environment and Culture & Traditions as their core themes. Through this initiative, they design and implement activities that promote these themes within their schools, developing critical problem-solving skills and strengthening international ties.

Global Sports Cohorts

The following is a collection centered around the well-being of teachers, who face numerous challenges each day that contribute to high levels of stress and, ultimately, burnout. Teaching is a demanding profession, requiring educators to juggle lesson planning, student engagement, assessments, and administrative responsibilities, all while addressing the diverse needs of their students. This constant pressure can lead to emotional exhaustion and diminished job satisfaction.
